Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation of an order at any time before installation by emailing support@untaplabs.com or calling +91 70017 10045 with your order ID.

2. Cancellation by ScribLabs

We may cancel an order if a site is found unsuitable during the site visit, if required information is not provided, or if we are unable to deliver the service for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, eligible amounts will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

3. Ending an Ongoing Plan

For recurring plans, you may choose not to renew at the end of a billing period. Notice of non-renewal should be given at least 7 days before the next billing date.

On termination, ScribLabs will arrange retrieval of any kiosk hardware that remains our property.

4. Refunds on Cancellation

Any refund arising from a cancellation is handled according to our Refund Policy.
