1. About ScribLabs
ScribLabs is a self-service print kiosk service operated under the brand UntapLabs, based in Chakdaha, West Bengal, India. By placing an order, using a kiosk, or accessing this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all customers, including individuals and organizations that order, host, or operate a ScribLabs print kiosk.
2. Services
ScribLabs provides print kiosk hardware and software that allows end users to print documents on a pay-per-use basis. Service plans, pricing, and features are described on our plans page and may be updated from time to time.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep kiosks operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, hardware faults, connectivity issues, or supply shortages.
3. Orders & Site Visits
After you place an order, our team will schedule a site visit to assess the location before installation. Final installation is subject to the site being suitable for kiosk operation, including space, power, and network availability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a site is found unsuitable during the visit.
4. Payments
Charges for plans, setup, and usage are payable as described at the time of order. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and, where applicable, inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated at checkout.
5. Customer Responsibilities
If you host a kiosk, you agree to provide a safe location, stable power, and reasonable access for our staff to install, service, and retrieve the equipment.
The kiosk hardware remains the property of ScribLabs unless explicitly purchased outright. You must not tamper with, relocate, or modify the kiosk without our consent.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScribLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
We are not responsible for the content of documents printed by end users at kiosks.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
